A note on HIPAA

Mirror Mirror does not handle PHI directly. Our engines orchestrate your existing HIPAA-compliant systems (EHR, scheduling, clearinghouse) and operate on the non-PHI signals around them: appointment slots, message counts, reminder triggers, status enums, dashboard rollups.

If your workflows require PHI to pass through a Mirror Mirror engine (e.g., automated chart prep), we’ll architect that via a HIPAA-aware vendor (Twilio HIPAA, Datica, etc.) and execute the BAA paperwork as part of the Build engagement. Otherwise, your EHR remains the system of record for PHI — we just make the operations around it run.
