Mirror Mirror · For Teams

Operator-stack education for your whole team.

When your ops team needs to build, run, and steward systems together — not just one person carrying the knowledge. Engines + automations across the team increase velocity, speed, reliability, and synchronicity.

· team-wide course access · private Q&A channel · quarterly stack review

What your team gets

Built for teams who want the operator-stack discipline to be everyone’s job, not one person’s burden.

All seats on the 7-Day Course
Every team member gets full access to the Data Sovereignty curriculum. Same templates, same lessons, run at their own pace.
Private team Q&A channel + Friday noon live Q&A
Slack or Discord channel for your team — Brady drops in twice weekly. Plus the live Friday noon Q&A (12:00 PM Phoenix, every week) is included for every seat. No public conversation; your stack is your stack.
Quarterly stack review
Once a quarter, Brady reviews your team’s actual stack and writes a tightened plan for the next 90 days. Like the Systems Audit, but ongoing.
Template library access
Working templates for unified contact profiles, intake engines, weekly review docs, error-queue patterns. Updated as the ecosystem evolves.
Multi-seat admin
One admin manages seats. Add/remove team members anytime. We don’t charge for the first 30 days when someone leaves the team — gives you time to backfill the seat.
Operator newsletter (team edition)
Brady writes a monthly digest tailored to your team’s stack composition. Specific findings, not general advice.

Who Teams is for

✓ Good fit
  • Companies running their ops on a stack of 5-15 SaaS tools
  • Teams of 3-50 where 2+ people own systems work
  • Operators who want the stack discipline shared, not siloed
  • Founders/COOs who’ve done a $500 Audit and want the rhythm built in
  • Companies under acquisition pressure who need their stack defensible
✗ Not for you (yet)
  • Solo operators (the $33/mo Membership is your tier)
  • Teams that want done-for-you ops (look at $800 Build or $2,500/mo retainer)
  • Pre-revenue startups (live webinar + $297 course is the right ladder)
  • 100+ employee enterprise (we’ll talk custom; email Brady directly)

FAQ

Why application-required instead of self-checkout?

Teams is a higher-touch offer. A 20-minute fit call before payment saves us both from a mismatch. If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.

Can we start with one seat and add more?

Yes. Start with Team Plan ($499/mo, up to 10 seats) and add seats as your team grows. Once you cross 10, we transition to per-seat ($199/seat).

What if someone on the team leaves?

30-day grace. You don’t pay for the empty seat for the first 30 days while you backfill. After 30, the seat either gets re-assigned or removed from the plan.

Do you sign NDAs / MSAs?

Yes. Standard MNDA before fit call. MSA available for enterprise customers — Brady can review your standard MSA or use ours.

How is the quarterly stack review delivered?

Brady spends 4-6 hours reviewing your stack each quarter and writes a 90-day plan. Delivered as a Notion doc or markdown — your team can copy/edit. We do a 60-min walkthrough call.

Can we expense this?

Yes. Mirror Mirror invoices net-30 by default. We can do net-60 for annual prepay customers.
