Mirror Mirror · Quality Standards

What we commit to. How you can verify.

Every Mirror Mirror product graded “production-grade” meets the same bar. This page documents the bar, the audit process, and which products currently pass.

The six commitments

Specific. Verifiable. With a remedy when we miss.

Uptime SLA

Commitment

99.5% monthly uptime on customer-facing surfaces (landing pages, payment links, fulfillment workflows).

How to verify

Public status page (planned 2026-Q3). Until then, request 30-day uptime report on demand.

What if we miss

1 day service credit per 0.1% below SLA in any given month, applied to next billing cycle.

Support response time

Commitment

Initial response within 1 business day for paying customers. Within 4 business hours for Teams + Build customers.

How to verify

Brady is the only support person; you'll see who wrote you. No support queue — direct line.

What if we miss

If we miss the response window, you get a 25% credit on the next billing period.

Refund policy

Commitment

7-day no-questions refund on courses and audits. Pro-rata refund on subscriptions cancelled mid-period.

How to verify

Refunds processed within 3 business days via Stripe. No phone-tree to navigate.

What if we miss

If refund takes more than 5 business days, additional $50 inconvenience credit.

Documentation completeness

Commitment

Every shipped product has: setup guide, troubleshooting section, list of dependencies, change log.

How to verify

All docs publicly readable at the product’s landing page or linked from it. No login-walls.

What if we miss

If docs are missing or inaccurate and you ask, fix lands within 3 business days.

Error-handling discipline

Commitment

All customer-facing workflows have: dead-letter queue, error alerting, retry logic where appropriate.

How to verify

On Build engagements, the error-queue dashboard is part of the deliverable. You can see exactly what's failing.

What if we miss

Silent failures are escalated within 2 hours of detection. We notify you, not the other way around.

No vendor lock-in

Commitment

Anything we build for you, you own. Data exports available on request. Workflow definitions in standard formats (n8n JSON, Zapier JSON, etc.).

How to verify

Ask for an export at any time. No 30-day data-retention games. You leave with everything.

What if we miss

If we ever can’t honor an export request within 7 days, the engagement is refunded in full.

Where each product stands

Public quality grading. Updated quarterly. Honest about what doesn’t pass.

The audit process

How we decide what gets the badge and what doesn’t.

  1. Quarterly internal review. Every product is checked against the six commitments. We grade EXCELLENT / MEDIUM / POOR / NEEDS_REVIEW.
  2. Production-grade badge applies only to EXCELLENT-graded products that meet all six commitments. Not everything we sell carries the badge — that’s by design.
  3. Honest grading. If a product currently fails (e.g., the $22 DS Replay listed above), it gets flagged here publicly. We don’t hide failures behind marketing.
  4. Re-grades published quarterly. Products move up or down. You can see the history at any time by checking this page.
  5. Customer-flagged drift. If a customer experiences something that violates a commitment, it lands here as a finding and we fix or re-grade within 30 days.

Why publish this?

B2B buyers need to justify the spend. “Our products are good” doesn’t survive an internal review. “Here are six specific commitments and how to verify” does.

The badge isn’t marketing. It’s a contract. If we miss, you get the remedy.
